调皮的学生往往特殊,任性、好动、不合群,而这些所谓的“调皮学生”甚至可以影响整个班级的精神风貌。几乎每位教师都在为自己班级的个别调皮的学生而感到头疼,都在想尽办法使那些调皮的学生能够变乖,可是收效却总是甚微。笔者认为,作为班主任应以学生态度与品德发展规律为出发点,重视发展过程中的关键期,综合采取合理的教育措施,有的放矢,帮助调皮的学生形成正确的态度和品德。
Naughty students tend to be special, self-willed, active and out of tune, and these so-called “naughty students” can even affect the mental outlook of the entire class. Almost every teacher is having a headache for the individual naughty students in his class and is trying his best to make those naughty students behave better, but the effects are always marginal. The author believes that as a teacher in charge of class, students should take the attitude of students and the law of character development as the starting point, attach importance to the key period in the process of development, and take appropriate measures of education comprehensively to make the naughty students help to form a correct attitude and character.
