烷结是粉末冶金中一个重要工序,通过烷结把无数颗粒粉末变成一个整体,赋予相当的机械强度。粉末冶金制品质量的好坏,在很大程度上取决于烧结工艺的是否正确,以及烧结气氛的选择是否合适,后者已在本刊1962年9期“粉末冶金烧结气氛”一文中作了较详细的介绍。本文仅就烧结工艺中的新技术——特殊烧结法进行介绍及讨论。特殊烧结法一般系指活化烧结法、浸渍法和热压法等三种,现分述于下:一、活化烧结法活化烧结法是烧结工艺中的一项重要新技术,通过烧结过程中的各种物理活化和化学活化的作用,促进了烧结过程的进行,改善了制品的性能:(1)在烧结过程中加载荷(即通常所称的加热压制法)。
