本文采用免疫组化法观察67例无精子症病人睾丸组织中免疫球蛋白的情况,探讨睾丸的免疫病理改变。结果发现睾丸组织中免疫球蛋白阳性IgG、IgA分别为27例,IgM24例。免疫球蛋白沉积于生精小管壁基底膜、生精细胞和间质血管壁,其中生精细胞表面IgG阳性10例。我们认为免疫球蛋白沉积于生精小管壁基底膜、生精细胞表面,直接影响睾丸的生精功能,是男性免疫性不育的机制之一。
Immunohistochemistry was used to observe the immunoglobulin in testis of 67 patients with azoospermia and to explore the immunopathological changes of testis. The results showed that immunoglobulin-positive IgG, IgA in testis tissue were 27 cases, IgM24 cases. Immunoglobulins deposited on the basement membrane of seminiferous tubules, spermatogenic cells and interstitial blood vessel walls, of which 10 were IgG positive on spermatogenic cells. We believe that immunoglobulin is deposited on the basement membrane of seminiferous tubules and the surface of spermatogenic cells, which directly affects the spermatogenic function of the testis. It is one of the mechanisms of male infertility.
