通过210例正常人Ⅱ和V3导联在1mv、2mv及男女性别之间进行了QT及QTc的比较分析。结果显示:在同一导联不同电压间及同一电压不同导联间,在同一导联及电压男女性别间。在同一性别不同导联同电压间及同导联不同电压间,QT间期和QTc值的差异有显著性或非常显著性。故认为笼统的QTc正常值应予修改.应在2mv的记录条件下,拟在V3导联测量QT间期及计算QTc值为宜,以减少误差.提高准确性。
QT and QTc were compared between 1mv, 2mv and male and female by 210 normal subjects Ⅱ and V3. The results showed that: in the same lead different voltage and the same voltage between different leads, in the same lead and voltage between men and women. The differences of QT interval and QTc between two different voltages of the same sex and between different voltages of the same lead were significant or very significant. Therefore, the general value of QTc should be modified. Should be recorded under the conditions of 2mv, to be measured in the V3 lead QT interval and QTc value is appropriate to reduce the error.
