农民工的形成与村民自治活动的开展几乎同时进行,两者在相互促进的同时,也存在一定的矛盾,主要表现为村民自治活动没能和农民工的政治参与有效地结合起来。这使得作为农村参政精英的农民工陷入了政治参与的真空状态,严重影响了村民自治的顺利实施。对此,可以从村干部的待遇、农民工在城市的政治参与以及留守村民的综合素质等方面着手,解决这一现实矛盾。 The formation of migrant workers is almost at the same time as the development of villagers’ autonomous activities. While they both promote each other, some contradictions exist. The contradictions exist mainly because the villager autonomy can not be effectively combined with the political participation of migrant workers. This makes migrant workers who are the elites in rural areas caught in the vacuum of political participation, seriously affecting the smooth implementation of villager autonomy. In this regard, we can start from the treatment of village cadres, the political participation of migrant workers in the cities and the comprehensive quality of the left-behind villagers to resolve this reality.
