研究了热轧精轧入口导卫高度检测装置的角度编码器、磁尺两种检测装置的检测精度及其优缺点,并通过实验对磁尺的铰接式与垂直式的两种方案进行比较,得出垂直式磁尺检测装置是导卫高度控制的最佳选择。本方案消除了数据传输滞后、检测精度低劣、以及铰接方案的双映射等缺陷,使导卫高度控制的精度达到0.1 mm,异常带卷长度也由120 m,同步下降到0.3 m,从而达到了改进的预期目标。
The accuracy and advantages and disadvantages of the two kinds of detection devices of angle encoder and magnetic ruler of the inspection device for hot rolling finishing entrance depth are studied. Two schemes of the magnetic ruler and the vertical type are compared through experiments. It is concluded that the vertical magnetic ruler detection device is the best choice for guide height control. The proposed scheme eliminates the defects of lagged data transmission, poor detection accuracy and dual mapping of the hinged scheme. The accuracy of the guide height control reaches 0.1 mm and the length of the abnormal coil decreases from 120 m to 0.3 m simultaneously, Improved expectations.
