[目的]研究微生物菌肥对贵州黔东南连作太子参产量的影响。[方法]采用L9(34)正交试验法,在黔东南州施秉县牛大场镇和黄平县一碗水乡选点进行太子参规范化种植;利用微生物菌肥对土壤进行调节,了解微生物菌肥种类、施用量及施用方式对连作地太子参的产量影响。[结果]因素的主次影响顺序皆为C>B>A,即菌肥的使用方法对产量的影响效果比较大,较所用菌肥的种类和施用量都更明显。[结论]试验研究了微生物菌肥对贵州黔东南连作太子参产量的影响,为太子参的进一步开发利用提供了依据。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the effect of microbial fertilizer on the yield of Pseudo ginseng in south-east Guizhou. [Method] With the method of L9 (34) orthogonal test, Pseudostellaria heterophylla was planted in Niu Dachang Town, Shibing County, Qiandongnan Prefecture and a bowl of water village in Huangping County. Microbial bacteria were used to regulate the soil, Fertilizer types, application rates and application methods on the yield of Pseudostellaria heterophylla. [Result] The primary and secondary influencing factors of the factors were order C> B> A, that is to say, the effect of using bacteriostat on yield was relatively larger than the type and amount of bactericide used. [Conclusion] The effects of microbial fertilizer on the yield of continuous heterophylla heterophylla in southeastern Guizhou Province were studied experimentally, which provided the basis for the further development and utilization of heterophylla heterophylla.
