目的:通过对山楂果实成分含量的测定,对东北产不同种质的山楂果实药材质量进行比较。方法:采用滴定的方法测定山楂果实中有机酸的含量;采用比色法分别测定果实中的可溶性糖及总黄酮的含量;采用HPLC同时测定果实中芦丁、金丝桃苷、槲皮素3种黄酮的含量,并对测定结果进行聚类分析以及差异显著性检验。结果:不同种质的山楂果实的成分含量差异较大。结论:“绵山里红”有药用价值,但食用价值更高;“铁山里红”食用价值低而药用价值高。
Objective: To compare the quality of Hawthorn fruit medicinal materials with different germplasm resources of Northeast China through the determination of the content of hawthorn fruit ingredients. Methods: The content of organic acids in hawthorn fruit was determined by titration method. The contents of soluble sugar and total flavonoids in fruits were determined by colorimetry. The contents of rutin, hyperin, quercetin 3 Flavonoids content, and the results of the cluster analysis and the significance test. Result: The content of hawthorn fruits in different germplasms varied greatly. Conclusion: “Mianshanlihong” has medicinal value but higher edible value; “Tieshanlihong” has low edible value and high medicinal value.
