用寇氏法分别测定辛硫磷与氰戊菊酯、辛硫磷与三氟氯氰菊酯、丙溴磷与高效氯氰菊酯复配的单剂LD50 及 95 %可信限以及按等毒性进行混配的农药混剂及 95 %可信限。用预期与实测LD50 对比法、等效应线图解法和logistic回归分析法判断联合作用方式。结果表明 ,辛硫磷与氰戊菊酯混配有协同作用 ;辛硫磷与三氟氯氰菊醋复配有相加作用或协同作用 ;丙溴磷与高效氯氰菊酯复配有协同作用。 3种判断方法的结论略有差异
