目的:了解杭州市余杭区疾病预防控制中心人力资源现状,为决策部门提供进一步加强疾病预防控制机构人才队伍建设,优化人力资源配置提供重要依据,同时也为其他区县级疾控机构提供参考。方法:采用在岗人员基本情况及查阅人事档案相结合的方法,运用Exce l软件进行统计分析。结果:人员数量比例似显不足,结构不尽理想和合理。结论:增加编制,引进人才,加强现有人才培养。
Objective: To understand the status quo of human resources in Yuhang District Center for Disease Control and Prevention, provide an important basis for decision-making departments to further strengthen the construction of talent contingent in disease prevention and control institutions, and optimize the allocation of human resources. At the same time, it also provides reference for CDC in other districts. Methods: Based on the basic information of on-the-job staff and the way of referring to personnel files, the software of Exce l was used for statistical analysis. Results: The proportion of staff was apparently inadequate, the structure is not perfect and reasonable. Conclusion: We will increase preparation and introduction of qualified personnel and strengthen existing personnel training.
