目前,子宫切除术是妇科最常进行的手术。20世纪90年代之前主要有2种术式,其中75%~80%经腹进行,25%是阴式子宫切除[1,2]。自1988年Reich医师施行首例腹腔镜下子宫切除术以来,现腹腔镜子宫切除术已成为妇科医师的第3种选择,由于其具有开腹手术无法比拟的优越性,近年来发展迅速。
Currently, hysterectomy is the most common gynecological surgery. Before the 90s of the 20th century, there are two main types of surgery, of which 75% to 80% of the transabdominal, 25% of vaginal hysterectomy [1,2]. Since the first laparoscopic hysterectomy performed by Dr. Reich in 1988, laparoscopic hysterectomy has become the third choice of gynecologists. Due to its superiority of laparotomy, it has developed rapidly in recent years.
