一、背景高学历人才是促进军工企业科技发展进步的骨干力量,是建设军工强国的主力军,也是推动公司战略目标的顺利实现重要的后备力量。而当前面临军民融合的国家大形势,从事相关行业的民资企业如雨后春笋般涌现,特别是一些依托互联网、风投起家的高科技新兴公司,人才缺乏,而军工相关专业人才便成为他们的争夺目标,高学历高技术人才争夺将愈演愈烈。
I. Background Highly educated personnel are the backbone force for promoting the development of science and technology in military industrial enterprises. They are the main force in building a military power and an important backup force for the smooth realization of the strategic objectives of the company. At present, there is a big situation in the country where military and civilian integration is facing. Private-funded enterprises engaging in relevant industries have sprung up. Especially some high-tech start-ups relying on the Internet and venture capital start their own. Lack of qualified personnel and military-related professionals have become their scramble. Goal, highly educated high-tech talent competition will intensify.
