目的:分析镇江市第三人民医院抗菌药物致不良反应的相关因素,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:将125例抗菌药物ADR报告,按患者性别、年龄、引发ARD的抗菌药物品规例数、给药途径以及涉及ADR损害系统、器官及临床表现等进行分析,并进行相关讨论。结果:引起ADR的抗菌药物涉及8大类27种药品38个品规,头孢菌素类居首位,其次为喹诺酮类;静脉给药引发ADR占82.50%;其ADR临床表现以皮肤和附件损害为最常见,其次为消化系统和全身损害等。结论:ADR主要由抗菌药物引起,在ADR中占首位,临床应加强抗菌药物使用的管理及ADR监测,合理使用抗菌药物。
Objective: To analyze the related factors of adverse reactions caused by antibacterial drugs in the Third People’s Hospital of Zhenjiang City, and to provide reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods: The ADRs of 125 cases of antibiotics were analyzed and analyzed according to their gender, age, the number of antimicrobial articles causing ARD, the route of administration and the systems, organs and clinical manifestations involved in ADR. Results: The antimicrobial agents that cause ADR involved 38 items of 27 kinds of drugs in 8 categories, with cephalosporins ranking first, quinolones followed by intravenous administration of ADR accounting for 82.50%. The clinical manifestations of ADR were damaged by skin and accessory As the most common, followed by digestive system and systemic damage. Conclusion: ADR is mainly caused by antibacterial drugs, and occupies the first place in ADR. The administration of antimicrobial drugs and ADR monitoring should be strengthened clinically, and antibacterial drugs should be used reasonably.
