宁波企业职工工资近年来呈快速增长态势,但是在企业工资分配中出现了一些新的问题,尤其是当前消费品价格指数偏高与企业普通职工的工资收入增长相对缓慢的矛盾突出,成为被普遍关注的民生话题。为此,要进一步加强对企业工资分配的宏观调控,进一步建立健全企业职工工资增长协调机制,大力推进工资集体协商制度,逐步建立科学的企业薪酬分配制度,促进企业普通职工工资合理增长。
In recent years, the wages of employees in Ningbo have shown a rapid growth. However, some new problems have emerged in the distribution of wages of enterprises. In particular, there is a general concern that the current high consumer price index and the relatively slow growth of wages and salaries of ordinary workers in enterprises are prominent Livelihood topics. To this end, it is necessary to further strengthen the macro-control over the wage distribution of enterprises, further establish and improve the coordination mechanism for the wage growth of enterprises, vigorously promote the wage-collective bargaining system and gradually establish a scientific enterprise remuneration distribution system so as to promote the reasonable growth of ordinary workers' wages.
