随着人口老龄化的加剧,神经系统疾病的发生率越来越高,而血脑屏障成为治疗神经系统疾病过程的一道难题。血脑屏障既可以保护大脑不受外界有害物质的侵害,维持脑部内环境的稳定,同时也限制了药物进入脑部发挥其治疗作用。本文概述了目前已被证实能改善药物血脑屏障通透性的方法,如化学修饰,制剂改造,联合用药等,系统综述了有关提高药物血脑屏障透过率的思路及研究方法的进展。
With the aging of the population, the incidence of nervous system diseases is getting higher and higher, and the blood-brain barrier has become a difficult problem in the treatment of nervous system diseases. Blood-brain barrier can protect the brain from harmful substances outside the body to maintain the stability of the environment within the brain, but also limits the drug into the brain to play its therapeutic role. This article summarizes the current methods that have been proven to improve the permeability of the blood-brain barrier, such as chemical modification, formulation modification and combination therapy. The progress of the research on improving the permeability of the blood-brain barrier is reviewed systematically.
