目的了解某企业球类制作生产线存在的主要职业危害因素,为制定职业病的预防措施提供依据。方法采用职业卫生学调查、工作场所职业病危害因素现场监测进行综合评价。结果该生产线主要存在苯、甲苯、汽油、二氧化硫、丙酮、丁酮、丙烯酸、环己烷、甲醛、炭黑粉尘、滑石粉尘、橡胶粉尘、其他粉尘、噪声、高温热辐射、高频电磁场等;其中丙烯酸、粉尘存在超标,经整改后各种有毒物质均符合国家标准限值。结论该项目职业病危害的防护措施可行、有效。
Objective To understand the main occupational hazards that exist in a ball manufacturing line of an enterprise and provide evidence for the prevention of occupational diseases. Methods The occupational hygiene survey and workplace occupational hazards were used to make a comprehensive assessment. Results The main presence of benzene, toluene, gasoline, sulfur dioxide, acetone, butanone, acrylic acid, cyclohexane, formaldehyde, carbon black dust, talc dust, rubber dust, other dust, noise, high temperature heat radiation, high frequency electromagnetic field; Among them, acrylic acid and dust are over-standard. All kinds of toxic substances after the rectification are in line with the national standard limits. Conclusion The protective measures against occupational hazards in this project are feasible and effective.
