针对舰艇编队综合协同防空中的作战资源消耗与拦截目标效能的冲突问题,根据模糊决策中决策距离测量方法和指标隶属度概念,分析舰艇编队综合协同防空中各阶段的协同关系,运用协同度函数将模糊决策与动态规划的建模方法相结合,考虑如何协调满足提高编队综合拦截目标概率与降低系统作战资源消耗两个不同的目标函数,寻求基于舰艇编队综合协同防空的多阶段优化的最优均衡策略,为编队综合协同防空决策提供理论依据。
Aiming at the conflicts between the combat resource consumption and the target efficiency of the integrated collaborative air defense in warship formation, according to the concept of decision-making distance measurement and index membership degree in fuzzy decision-making, this paper analyzes the synergetic relationship of various stages in the integrated collaborative air defense of naval vessel formation. Combining the fuzzy decision-making and the dynamic programming modeling method, we consider how to coordinate two different objective functions such as improving the probability of integrated formation interception and reducing the combat resource consumption of the system, and seeking the optimal multi-stage optimization based on the integrated collaborative air defense Balanced strategy to provide a theoretical basis for formation of a comprehensive coordinated air defense decision.
