中国房地产协会秘书长顾云昌近日撰文,对我国房地产市场发展的几种趋势进行了预测:当今的中国房地产市场发生最大的两个变化就是:第一,已由过去的卖方市场转变为买方市场。第二,由集团购买转向个人购买,全国各地转化的速度时间不一样,在这种情况下房地产市场竞争从无到有,房地产经营的风险从小到大,房地产已进入了微利时代,统计资料表明,1996年全国房地产的开发利润为3.27%,1997年是1.43%。面对这种变化,未来房地产市场发展将呈以下趋势:
