许多企业选择通过管理体系认证、认可的方式来提高管理水平为,防范企业运营风险。但由于标准范式问题,许多企业在通过管理认证、认可后遭遇了僵化使用管理标准导致效能低下的困境。笔者所在企业在开展管理体系建设之初也遇到了类似的问题,为了使得管理标准能够真正发挥效能,笔者所在项目组在建设“效能”为导向的生态化管理体系过程中,通过实践形成了一套USDL的管理体系建设方法。
Many enterprises choose to enhance the management level through the management system certification and accreditation to prevent the operation risk of the enterprise. However, due to the problem of standard paradigms, many enterprises suffered rigid performance management standards resulting in inefficiencies after being certified and accredited. The author’s enterprise also encountered similar problems in the beginning of the management system construction. In order to make the management standards really play an effective role, the author’s project team formed through practice in the process of building an ecological management system guided by “efficiency” A USDL management system building method.
