一、概述我厂的6000m~3/h制氧机,原系杭氧设计制造的KDON-6000/6000-3型切换板式设备。该机在唐钢氧气厂服役六年左右,1993年后作为备用机组。1999年1月,我公司委托开封空分集团公司进行拆迁改造。考虑到原设备出氧能力低,氧气产量不足5500m~3/h,简单的易地安装不可取:现在分子筛预净化流程已经成熟,并且由切换板式流程改为分子筛预净化流程,从技术上、投入产出上以及设备利旧等方面都是经济可行的。因此将其改造成分子筛净化流程,同年11月试车,经调试运行参数达到改造设计指标,工况稳定。二、流程简介改造后的工艺流程特点是:出分子筛纯化器的空气一部分经增压、冷却后进入膨胀机,膨胀后的空气通过热虹吸送入上塔;另一部分通过主换热器进入下塔。主换热器的工作任务仅仅为回收返流气体的冷量,冷却正流空气,为下塔提供满足精馏要求的合格气体(如图1所示)。其中产品氧进入主换热器后,经V17、
