目的探讨医学院校大学新生人格特征与心理健康的关系。方法采用艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)修订版(88个项目)和症状自评量表(SCL-90)对337名大学新生进行问卷调查。结果 1内外倾向(E)与心理健康呈显著负相关(r=-0.329,P<0.01),神经质(N)和精神质(P)与心理健康呈显著正相关(r=0.643,P<0.01;r=0.352,P<0.01);2多血质类型的大学新生的心理健康得分最低,其次是粘液质类型的大学新生,胆汁质和抑郁质类型的大学新生的心理健康得分最高(F=49.16,P<0.01)。结论医学院校大学新生的人格特征影响心理健康水平。
Objective To explore the relationship between personality traits and mental health of freshmen in medical colleges and universities. Methods A total of 337 college freshmen were surveyed using the revised EPQ (88 items) and the Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90). Results There was a significant negative correlation between internal and external propensity (E) and mental health (r = -0.329, P <0.01), neuroticism (N) and mental quality (P) and mental health (r = 0.643, P <0.01 ; r = 0.352, P <0.01); 2 freshmen with multiple blood groups had the lowest mental health scores, followed by freshmen with mucinous quality, and freshmen with biliary and depression types had the highest mental health scores (F = 49.16, P <0.01). Conclusion Personality characteristics of freshmen in medical colleges and universities affect mental health.
