经过几十年的发展,北京市已经成为国际化的大都市,作为中国的首都,又具有特殊的政治地位,所以在吸引外资方面具有独特的魅力。在全球经济衰退的大背景下,如何吸引外资发展自身经济,就成为一个很有意义的问题。为了保持健康平稳的经济发展态势,积极的吸引外商投资,就需要从实际出发,深刻分析北京市在吸引外资方面的优势和不足,一方面在政策上继续保持对外商投资的优惠政策,稳定当前吸引外商的占优因素;一方面对劣势加以解决,在解决货运能力方面可以大力推进民航货运,加大对民航货运的政策支持力度,优化公路铁路的运输能力,扩大北京市的货运能力;在劳动力成本较高的情形下,可以借助北京教育资源优厚的条件,大力推进产学研之间的相互促进,借助研究机构提升北京市的劳动效率,弱化劳动力成本高带来的不利因素。
