研究了各种阳离子捕收剂在长石浮选过程中的使用效果。采用了由Kaltun采矿公司提供的,取自土耳其奇奈省(Cine)、艾登省(Aydin)的矿石原料。研究结果表明,对于浮选长石来说,AERO3030C与AERO801+AERO825捕收剂混合使用,能比这些捕收剂单独使用时取得更好的效果。它们具有更高的选择性,这些捕收剂混合使用时达到了更高的长石回收率。然而,不管使用这些捕收剂中的哪一种捕收剂,获得的长石精矿的化学成分都没有太明显的差别。但是当这些捕收剂混合使用时,就能获得一种更高质量的长石精矿:67·06%SiO2、19·49%Al2O3;0·018%Fe2O3、0·135%TiO、0·98%CaO、0·02%MgO、11·02%NaO、0·22%KO和0·02%PO。
The effects of various cationic collectors on the flotation of feldspar were studied. The raw materials for the ore from Kineun mining company in Cine, Aydin province of Turkey were used. The results show that, for the flotation feldspar, AERO3030C and AERO801 + AERO825 collector mixed use, can be better than these collectors used alone to achieve better results. They are more selective and these collectors achieve higher feldspar recovery when mixed. However, regardless of which of these collectors is used, there is not much difference in the chemical composition of the feldspar concentrate obtained. However, when these collectors are used in combination, a higher quality feldspar concentrate can be obtained: 67.06% SiO2, 19.49% Al2O3, 0.018% Fe2O3, 0.135% TiO, 98% CaO, 0.02% MgO, 11.02% NaO, 0.222% KO and 0.02% PO.
