D314树脂静态分离铼与钼的实验研究

利用再生D314大孔弱碱性丙烯酸系阴离子交换树脂分离铼和钼,并研究了钼和铼的吸附和洗脱条件。结果表明,在pH值为4.0~7.0的溶液中,D314可同时吸附铼和钼;先采用8%NH3.H2O+10%NH4NO3淋洗液解吸钼,再用4%NH3.H2O淋洗液解吸铼,可实现铼和钼的分离。本法用于钼烟灰中的钼铼分离,所回收的钼可制备出纯度为98.78%的十二钼酸铵产品;同时钼烟灰中的痕量铼被富集近1 000倍,为其后续浓缩提取提供了有利条件。 Recycling D314 macroporous weakly basic acrylic anion exchange resin was used to separate rhenium and molybdenum, and the adsorption and elution conditions of molybdenum and rhenium were studied. The results showed that D314 could adsorb rhenium and molybdenum simultaneously in the solution with pH value of 4.0-7.0. The molybdenum was desorbed first with 8% NH3.H2O + 10% NH4NO3 and then with 4% NH3.H2O Rhenium, rhenium and molybdenum can be separated. This method is used for the separation of molybdenum and rhenium in molybdenum soot, and the recovered molybdenum can produce ammonium dodecamethoxylate with a purity of 98.78%. At the same time, traces of rhenium in molybdenum soot are enriched by nearly 1 000 times, Concentrated extraction provides favorable conditions.
