医患纠纷问题已是一个老话题了。由于患者医疗知识的缺乏和对资料掌握的困难,维权往往难以达到满意的效果,以致于医患双方甚至水火不容,矛盾似乎已成难以解开的“死结”。去年以来,江苏等地出现了以非诉业务为主的代人解决医疗纠纷的服务机构,今年年初,天津首家专职医患纠纷调解机构正式运行。在目前一直缺乏良好途径来化解医患纠纷的状况下,民间中介机构能否成为缓解医患矛盾的融合剂?
Doctor-patient dispute is an old topic. Due to the lack of patient medical knowledge and the difficulty of grasping information, rights protection often can not achieve satisfactory results. As a result, both doctors and patients can not tolerate each other. Contradictions seem to have become a “knot” of difficulties. Since last year, Jiangsu and other places appeared to non-litigation-based services to solve medical disputes on behalf of agencies, early this year, Tianjin, the first full-time doctor and patient dispute mediation agency formally run. In the current situation of lack of good ways to resolve the disputes between doctors and patients, can non-governmental intermediaries become a fusion agent to ease the contradictions between doctors and patients?
