随着素质教育改革的不断深入,新课程标准理念已深入人心。但是,仍然存着这样或那样的问题,如:教学理念的正确灌输;教学方法的正确使用;教学评价的多样性等。新课程标准下的初中生物老师应该怎样更科学、更合理地充分发挥教师的主导作用和学生的主体作用,高效实施素质教育,已成为教师面临的新问题。
With the continuous deepening of the reform of quality education, the new curriculum standard concept has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. However, there are still some problems such as the correct instilling of teaching philosophy, the correct use of teaching methods, the diversity of teaching evaluation and so on. Under the new curriculum standard, how should the junior middle school biology teacher give full play to the dominant role of the teacher and the main body of the student more scientifically and more effectively, and how to implement the quality education efficiently has become a new problem teachers face.
