树脂砂工艺对原材料的要求十分讲究,不仅需要原砂的 sio_2含量高,含泥量少,颗粒为圆形,还需要砂子尽量不带水分。这些是混制经济合理的树脂砂所必要的条件。内蒙大林型砂厂供应的优质擦洗原砂中含大量水分,须烘干和去除粉尘与杂质才能使用。青岛第四铸机厂制造的 S625三回程烘干滚筒装置可适用于树脂砂工艺的需要。其烘干后的残水量一般为0.2～0.5%,较佳时可达0.2%以下,甚致为零。我厂在树脂砂第一期改造工程中采用了该种装置布置如图示。
