为了适应CO_2激光器小型化的趋势和降低生产成本的要求,基于矩阵光学理论,提出并研究将众多根放电管轴对称平行安排,由紧凑的轴对称四镜腔提取激光的方案,并对谐振腔的传输特性和输出特性进行了分析和模拟。分析表明:在近场范围内,输出光束为多支靠得极近的光束并在放电管数量众多时可为一环形光束;在远场,输出光束合并为一条光束。
In order to meet the trend of miniaturization of CO 2 laser and reduce the cost of production, based on the theory of matrix optics, a scheme of arranging a large number of axial discharge tubes symmetrically in parallel and extracting the laser from a compact axisymmetric four-mirror is proposed and studied. The transmission characteristics and output characteristics were analyzed and simulated. The analysis shows that in the near field, the output beam can be a very close beam with multiple discharge tubes and a ring beam with a large number of discharge tubes. In the far field, the output beams are combined into one beam.
