许多有恶性倾向或DNA修复障碍的遗传病,其自发或诱发的SCE较高。多发性神经纤维瘤为显性遗传病,其患者易发生恶性疾病。作者曾研究了6例多发性神经纤维瘤病人外周血淋巴细胞染色体,发现经γ-射线照射,断裂及双着丝粒增加。因此,作者进一步研究这种畸变与自发和诱发的SCE关系。多发性神经纤维瘤8例,5男3女,年龄8~22岁,无其它疾病,未接触致畸药物或环境因子。正常人10例为对照,6男4女,年龄与病人组一致。室温下γ-射线照射全血
Many genetic diseases with malignant or DNA repair disorders have a high SCE spontaneously or evokedly. Multiple neurofibromatosis is a dominant genetic disease, its patients prone to malignant disease. The authors studied the chromosomes of peripheral blood lymphocytes in 6 patients with multiple neurofibromatosis and found that they were irradiated by γ-rays, broken and increased by dicentrics. Therefore, the authors further study this distortion and spontaneous and induced SCE relationship. 8 cases of multiple neurofibromas, 5 males and 3 females, aged 8 to 22 years old, no other diseases, no contact with teratogenic drugs or environmental factors. 10 cases of normal controls, 6 males and 4 females, the same age and patient group.
