钴盐引起甲状腺肿大,国外文献早有报告,国内未见类似记载。现将我们所见1例,报导如下,以供参考。患者(住院号3948)男性,32岁,工人,1960年11月1日因肺结核咯血入院。患者自1956年患肺结核后,曾因咯血而多次住院。本次出血前无明显诱因。此外,患者于2个多月前发觉颈部逐渐肿大,吞嚥不适,但无怕热、多食、消瘦、易怒及心跳等症状。在门诊就医,疑为甲状腺机能亢进症,服卢戈氏液及甲基硫氧嘧啶各1周无效。其他病史无特殊。入院体检:体温37.5℃,脉搏84,呼吸24,血压
