近年来,随着机床结构的不断改进,机床及工件夹具刚性的提高,刀具材料的进步,特别是涂层技术的发展,使得刮齿的加工质量及稳定性日益提高,逐渐成为小模数淬硬齿轮精加工中成熟的工艺,国外许多企业已逐渐采用刮齿替代磨齿作为精加工方法。介绍刮齿工艺的工作原理和工艺特点,结合典型硬齿面齿轮零件,论述刮齿工艺在工程机械变速器硬齿面齿轮加工中的应用。
In recent years, with the continuous improvement of the machine tool structure, the rigidity of the machine tool and the workpiece fixture increase, the advancement of the cutting tool material, especially the development of the coating technology, makes the processing quality and stability of the scraping tooth increasing day by day, Hard gear finishing mature technology, many foreign companies have been using scraping instead of grinding as a finishing method. This paper introduces the working principle and technological characteristics of the scraping process, and discusses the application of the scraping process in the machining of the hardened gear of the construction machinery transmission by combining with the typical hardened gear components.
