本设计的控制对象为电加热炉,通过控制加在电阻丝两端电压的工作时间,来对电阻丝输出的平均功率加以控制。以单片机为核心,采用可控硅控温电路,实现对电炉的自动控制。本文将采用PID控制,阐述了PID控制器的设计,硬件结构和软件设计,实现了一套温度采集和控制的方案。该系统具有硬件成本低,控温精度较高,可靠性好,抗干扰能力强等特点。
The control object of this design is an electric heating furnace, which controls the average output power of the resistance wire by controlling the working time of the voltage applied across the resistance wire. To SCM as the core, the use of SCR temperature control circuit to achieve the automatic control of the furnace. This text will adopt PID control, explained the design of PID controller, hardware structure and software design, has realized a set of temperature acquisition and control scheme. The system has the characteristics of low hardware cost, high temperature control precision, good reliability and strong anti-interference ability.
