本文介绍了汽车用钢板弹簧的三维模型构造方法,以Catia的草图绘制为基础研究了其结构形式。根据非独立后悬架运动学原则,利用模型的空间位置为开发平台,在整车坐标下验证钢板弹簧运动轨迹。通过逐点对比分析与实际的偏差,保证了制作精度。本文提出建模的及验证方法操作简单、变化灵活,易于变载荷后的后悬钢板弹簧匹配及建模。而且较之绘图法做出的轨迹曲线更直观、更精确。这对得到高精度的三维模型和运动分析具有重要意义。
In this paper, the 3D model construction method of automobile leaf spring is introduced, and its structure is studied based on Catia sketching. According to the principle of non-independent rear suspension kinematics, the space position of the model is used as a development platform to verify the leaf spring trajectory under the vehicle coordinate. By point by point comparative analysis and the actual deviation, to ensure the production accuracy. In this paper, modeling and verification methods are simple, flexible and easy to change and match the model of the rear suspension leaf spring. And more accurate than the trajectory curve made by the drawing method. This is of great importance for obtaining high-precision 3D models and motion analysis.
