社会主义市场经济体制的建立及其发展给我国图书馆注入了新的生机和活力,刺激了图书馆的改革与发展,为图书馆提供了良好的发展契机。在市场经济的推动下,我国图书馆从理论到实践,从思想到方法,从精神到物质都发生了深刻的变化,一个崭新的图书馆形象出现在人们面前。社会主义市场经济促进了图书馆思想观念的转变,推动了图书馆体制改革的深入发展,使图书馆性质发生了重大变化,发展了图书馆工作的新内容,加快了图书馆的法制建设,为图书馆提供了宽松的竞争环境。
The establishment and development of the socialist market economic system have injected new vigor and vitality into our libraries, stimulated the reform and development of libraries, and provided a good opportunity for the development of libraries. Driven by the market economy, our library has undergone profound changes from theory to practice, from thought to method, from spirit to materiality, and a brand-new library image has appeared in front of people. The socialist market economy has promoted the transformation of library ideology, promoted the in-depth development of library system reform, led to major changes in the nature of libraries, developed new contents of library work, and accelerated the legal construction of libraries. Libraries provide a relaxed competitive environment.
