本文提供1m直径的压力容器模型在升、降温热瞬态工况下密封试验及分析结果。试验目的在于对自制GH169(相当Inconel718)镀厚银O形环进行热态考验,并对自编密封分析程序系统SMEC给以试验验证。热态试验对于螺栓的温度滞后作了较为细致的测量,为简化计算提供了依据。试验表明,热变形产生的法兰转动十分可观,热态螺栓载荷增量成为热态密封问题的关键。
This article provides a 1m diameter pressure vessel model in the rising and cooling conditions under thermal transient seal test and analysis results. The purpose of the test is to test the hot test of homemade GH169 (equivalent Inconel718) thick silver O-ring, and verify the self-made seal analysis program system SMEC. Hot test for the bolt temperature lag made a more detailed measurement, to provide a basis for simplifying the calculation. Experiments show that the flange rotation caused by thermal deformation is very considerable, and the thermal bolt load increment becomes the key of the hot state sealing problem.
