许家印的提案从根源上分析了高房价的原因所在,与中国房地产商会最近的调研分析基本趋于一致,但提案不仅提出问题,更重要的是提出对实践具有指导意义的理论,这就是恒大的“民生地产”新理论。两会上的提案,让许家印再次聚焦在镁光灯下。无论舆论的赞许还是抨击,许家印依然坚持自己的理论,恒大在近期推出的多个楼盘,也通过大幅度的价格调整,来实践“民生地产”的理论。
Xu Jiayin’s proposal analyzed the causes of high housing prices from the root causes and basically followed the recent investigation and analysis of the China Real Estate Chamber of Commerce. However, the proposals not only raise questions, but more importantly, put forward a theory that has guiding significance to practice. This is Hengda “Minsheng estate ” new theory. Proposals on the two sessions, Xu Jiayin once again focused on the spotlight. Regardless of public praise or criticism, Xu Jiayin still adhere to their own theory, Evergrande recently launched a number of real estate, but also through substantial price adjustments, to practice “livelihood real estate ” theory.
