目的总结妊娠合并急性阑尾炎的临床特点及诊疗经验。方法对1985-2007年妊娠合并急性阑尾炎30例进行回顾分析。结果孕早、中、晚期各为10、15、5例,腹痛均未超过2d,全部病例均在入院后48h内手术治疗,30例全部治愈出院。结论妊娠合并急性阑尾炎的早期确诊,及时手术是保证母亲与胎儿生命安全,减少并发症发生的关键。 Objective To summarize the clinical features and diagnosis and treatment experience of acute appendicitis in pregnancy. Methods From 1985 to 2007, 30 cases of acute appendicitis complicated by pregnancy were retrospectively analyzed. Results Pregnancy early, middle and late each 10,15,5 cases, abdominal pain were not more than 2d, all cases were treated within 48h after admission, 30 patients were cured. Conclusions The early diagnosis and timely operation of acute appendicitis with pregnancy is the key to ensure the safety of mother and fetus and reduce the incidence of complications.
