课程嵌入就业力,就是在课程教学中嵌入就业力培养目标,帮助学生学习理论知识的同时,提升就业能力,为将来的求职做好更充分的准备。实践表明,使用课程嵌入就业力的方法进行教学,学生的就业力水平明显提升。
To embed the employment force into the course is to embed the goal of employment training in the teaching of the course so as to help students learn the theoretical knowledge and at the same time enhance their employability so that they can fully prepare themselves for job hunting in the future. Practice shows that the use of curriculum embedded in the method of employment for teaching, students significantly improve the level of employment.
