July, this is the summer season. However, in July this year, there was a mixture of water and fire, with bloody tears and too many tragedies. Early morning of July 4, two car rear-end traffic accidents occurred in Xiantao City, Hubei Province, killing more than 20 people. On July 22, a double-decker bus suddenly caught fire on the Beijing-Zhuhai Expressway, killing 41 passengers on the spot. Just as people were soaked in tremendous sorrow, the catastrophe came again on July 23 and an accident happened between Zhejiang Yongjia and Wenzhou South Station. 40 people were killed and 6 cars were damaged. Among them, 3 cars fell from the viaduct
