With the increasing frequency of academic exchanges between China and Spain, the translation of academic articles between Chinese and Western languages has also been increasing. The mutual translation of Chinese and Western languages serves as a bridge between the two cultures. The translator is bound to involve a large number of jargon in the process of translating research scholarly articles, and these key terms often play a central role in the whole article. The accuracy of its translation will directly affect the target language readers the correct interpretation of the meaning of the full text. This article focuses on the translation of legal terms and emphasizes that translation is closely linked to history and culture.
