目的:了解6~18个月婴幼儿粪钙卫蛋白(FC)水平的变化趋势。方法:采用横断面调查方法,共收集6、9、12和18个月健康婴幼儿的粪便样本164例,6个月40例、9个月30例、12个月44例、18个月50例。采用ELISA法检测FC水平。结果:6个月组婴幼儿FC水平为139.5(26.2~1 257.6)μg/g、9个月组为110.4(10.0~2 777.7)μg/g、12个月组为116.5(10.0~2 058.0)μg/g、18个月组为104.2(6.0~937.5)μg/g,均高于健康成人(50μg/g)的正常水平。各月组婴幼儿的FC水平均无性别差异,随着年龄的增长,FC水平有降低趋势,但未达到统计学意义;146例(89.02%)婴幼儿的FC水平<360μg/g。结论:6~18个月婴幼儿FC水平高于成人正常水平,并有随年龄增长而下降的趋势,360μg/g可作为婴幼儿FC水平的正常上限。
Objective: To understand the changes of fecal calprotectin (FC) levels in infants aged 6 to 18 months. Methods: Totally 164 stool samples of healthy infants aged 6, 9, 12 and 18 months were collected by cross-sectional survey. There were 40 cases in 6 months, 30 cases in 9 months, 44 cases in 12 months and 50 cases in 18 months example. The level of FC was detected by ELISA. Results: The FC level of infants in 6-month group was 139.5 (26.2-1.257.6) μg / g, 110.4 (10.0-2777.7) μg / g in 9-month group and 116.5 (10.0-2.058.0) in 12-month group μg / g and 104.2 (6.0-937.5) μg / g in 18-month group, all of which were higher than the normal levels of healthy adults (50μg / g). The FC level of infants in each group had no gender difference. The FC level decreased with age but did not reach statistical significance. The FC level of 146 infants (89.02%) was less than 360μg / g. CONCLUSION: The FC level of infants in 6-18 months is higher than the normal level in adults and tends to decrease with age. 360 μg / g is the upper limit of normal FC for infants.
