针对当前煤矿瓦斯抽采管路放水器安全性和可靠性普遍不高的现状,研制了一种新型的纯气动式管路放水器。该管路放水器的工作原理是采用两个气动定时模块交替工作控制阀门启闭实现煤矿瓦斯抽采管路放水。采用纯气动的方式进行控制提高系统的安全性;将控制系统与集水系统进行隔离提高系统可靠性;利用流体力学理论对关键参数进行确定;并通过对管路放水器进行模拟工矿试验和工业现场试验验证其性能。
In view of the current situation that the safety and reliability of the gas drainage pipe for coal mine drainage is generally not high, a new type of pure pneumatic pipe drainage device has been developed.
