多道、小股、细流的顶注方案是获得健全轮类灰铸铁件的可靠工艺.它能提高工艺出品率和减少铸件缺陷,还能减小铸件的残余应力和变形程度.本文介绍了圆盆雨淋、盖芯雨淋、盆芯雨淋及搭边缝隙雨淋四种轮类灰铸铁件的典型工艺和实例,提出了实用的计算浇口截面及验算铁水上升速度的方法.
Multi-channel, small unit, trickle top injection program is to obtain a sound wheel gray iron reliable process, which can improve the process yield and reduce casting defects, but also reduce the residual stress and deformation of the casting.This article describes The typical process and examples of four types of wheel gray cast iron parts, such as a round basin rain shower, a cover core rain shower, a basin rain shower and a side gap rain shower, and a practical method for calculating the gate section and checking the speed of the molten iron rising are proposed.
