目的 :探讨原发性开角型青光眼血流动力学变化。方法 :用彩色多谱勒显像技术 (colordopplerflowimaging ,CDFI)检测 2 2例开角型青光眼患者与 18例正常人的眼动脉 (OA)和视网膜中央动脉 (CRA)的血流动力学。结果 :与正常组比较 ,开角型青光眼的OA及CRA的Vmax、Vmin、Vmean均降低 ,阻力指数升高 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :局部血液循环障碍在开角型青光眼的发病中起重要作用
Objective: To investigate the hemodynamic changes in primary open-angle glaucoma. Methods: The hemodynamics of ophthalmic artery (OA) and central retinal artery (CRA) in 22 patients with open angle glaucoma and 18 normal controls were examined by color doppler flow imaging (CDFI). Results: Compared with the normal group, the Vmax, Vmin and Vmean of OA and CRA in open-angle glaucoma decreased and the resistance index increased (P <0.01). Conclusion: Local blood circulation disorder plays an important role in the pathogenesis of open angle glaucoma
