随着社会经济的不断发展和科技的进步,人们对精神文明的需求也越来越高。新闻是人们主要的信息来源之一,而新闻所报道的各种信息都离不开记者的采访,对于有些新闻的内容,采取隐性采访的方式会使信息的内容更准确更真实。但同时又需要记者在采访的过程中把握好分寸,确保公民的合法权益不受损害。因此,探究隐性采访的道德和法律制衡是十分必要的。
With the continuous development of society and economy and the advancement of science and technology, people’s demand for spiritual civilization is also getting higher and higher. News is one of the main sources of information, and all the information reported in the news can not be separated from the reporter’s interview. For some news contents, the way of implicit interview will make the content of information more accurate and truthful. At the same time, however, journalists are required to grasp the good sense of proportion during the interview so as to ensure that the legitimate rights and interests of citizens will not be harmed. Therefore, exploring the moral and legal checks and balances of implicit interviews is very necessary.
