报道了一种向液相先躯体添加纳米活性炭来制备纳米TaC粉末的新方法。使用XRD和场发射扫描电镜来分析试样经不同温度和保温时间处理后的产物物相、结晶状态、微观形貌。结果表明,在温度1000℃,保温时间4h时就有少量TaC生成;而在温度1300℃,保温时间0.5h时可以生成不含Ta2O5的纳米TaC粉末,TaC为面心立方相。纳米活性炭在用液相先驱体制备纳米TaC粉末的过程中,可以降低反应温度,促进反应进行,并可使产物TaC形成纳米颗粒。
A new method of preparing nanocrystalline TaC powder by adding nano-activated carbon to liquid precursor was reported. XRD and field emission scanning electron microscopy were used to analyze the phase, crystal state and microstructure of the samples after being treated at different temperatures and holding time. The results show that a small amount of TaC is formed at a temperature of 1000 ° C for 4h, while a TaC 2 TaC-free TaC powder can be formed at a temperature of 1300 ° C and a holding time of 0.5h. TaC is a face-centered cubic phase.
