校企合作是职业学校内涵发展的重要手段之一,也是企业长足发展的重要途径之一。校企合作有利于使企业管理与学校管理、企业文化与学校文化等方面达到有效的对接,从而实现优势互补、资源共享、经济互惠,切实提高职业学校技能型人才的培养质量。校企合作对于职业学校的发展具有深远的意义。本文试图在校企合作的理念下,对职业学校学生管理改革做一些有益的探索,将从课堂学生管理、实习学生管理和班级学生管理三个方面进行阐述改革的理想策略。 School-enterprise cooperation is one of the important means of vocational school connotation development, but also one of the important ways for the rapid development of enterprises. The cooperation between schools and enterprises is conducive to achieving effective docking between enterprise management and school management, corporate culture and school culture, so as to achieve advantages of complementary advantages, sharing of resources and economic benefits, and effectively raising the quality of training skilled personnel in vocational schools. School-enterprise cooperation has a far-reaching significance for the development of vocational schools. This article attempts to do some beneficial exploration to the reform of student management in vocational schools under the concept of cooperation between school and enterprise. It will carry out the ideal strategy of reform from three aspects: classroom student management, intern student management and class student management.
