心肌病是心力衰竭（心衰）的重要病因，近年来国内外相关基础和临床研究发展很快，已经成为心血管疾病领域热点之一。目前，我国医务人员对于心肌病的认识存在欠缺，漏诊率及误诊率高，治疗和管理不规范；而且，我国尚缺乏关于心肌病中心建设的经验。因此，国家心血管病医疗质量控制中心专家委员会心力衰竭专家工作组（NCCQI-HF）制定了国家心肌病中心（NCMC）认证标准，包括以下六个方面：中心建设的基本条件，心肌病和心肌炎的诊治，患者的随访，患者和家庭成员的教育，专业人员的培训，心肌病及心肌炎医疗质量评价、控制与改进。拟在此基础上开展NCMC建设及认证工作，并采集和分析病例资料，旨在提高我国心肌病的诊治和研究水平，改善患者预后。“,”Cardiomyopathy is one of the important causes of heart failure which has become the hotspot in the field of cardiovascular diseases. The basic and clinical research on cardiomyopathy has developed rapidly over the past decades. At present, however, there is a great gap in the understanding of cardiomyopathy among different regions, hospitals and medical personnel in China, thus, omission diagnosis and misdiagnosis is common, treatment and management is not standard. Therefore, the Working Group on Heart Failure, National Center for Cardiovascular Quality Improvement (NCCQI-HF) develop certification standards for National Cardiomyopathy Center (NCMC), including the following six aspects: basic condition for center construction, the diagnosis and treatment of patients with cardiomyopathy and myocarditis, follow-up of patients, education for patients and their family members, professional medical personnel training, medical quality evaluation, control and improvement. Based on the above standards, construction and certification of NCMC were carried out with the aim to improve the diagnosis, treatment and research of cardiomyopathy as a whole and improve the prognosis of patients with cardiomyopathy in China.
