The “Food Sanitation Law of the People’s Republic of China” stipulates that in order to ensure food safety and hygiene, prevent food contamination and harmful elements from harm to the human body, protect the health of consumers and enhance the constitution of the people, the state implements the food safety and hygiene supervision system. According to the spirit of the law, in 2001, the Ministry of Health issued the “Notice on Carrying Out Special Management and Rehabilitation Work on Health Permits for Food Production and Operation.” According to the above laws and notifications, Qinghai People’s Publishing House was recently launched
