为了用光纤对高温状态下的发动机叶片进行在线的振动测量,必须设计能耐高温的光纤探头。作为高温工作区与正常光纤的过渡接头。本文从理论上研究了接头在自然对流、热传导和热辐射的复合作用下探头上的温度分布问题,推导出了相应的计算公式。并且通过实验,给出了探头表面对6328A橙红激光的反射率随温度变化的曲线,以及高温壁板上垂直装置的杆件上的温度分布曲线。本文夹层气冷探头解决了高温探头的技术关键,即减少了自然对流中高环境温度和高温壁板的影响。
In order to measure the vibration of an engine blade in a high-temperature state using an optical fiber, it is necessary to design a fiber probe capable of high temperature.
